1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. What information do we collect?

Depending on what you provide and how you use this page, we may process your name, business email address, company name, destination country, business role, selected product, intended application, specifications or project details, and messages you send us. When the page is used, our hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, request timestamps, referring page and basic server logs. Campaign parameters such as UTM values and Meta click identifiers may be included with an enquiry when present in the page URL.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta may process your account and device information and the messages you send under its own terms and privacy notice.

3. Why do we use your information?

• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations: to assess the product, specifications and commercial information you request. Where applicable, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To manage B2B communications and protect the service: to maintain enquiry records, prevent misuse, secure the website and handle disputes. Where applicable, the legal basis is our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights.
• To measure advertising performance: if Meta Pixel is enabled on this page, it will load only after you accept optional marketing cookies. The legal basis for optional tracking is your consent where required by law (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and applicable cookie/ePrivacy rules).
• To meet legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

We do not use information submitted in an enquiry for unrelated direct marketing unless there is an appropriate legal basis and, where required, you have separately agreed to it.

4. Who may receive the information?

Access may be given to authorised HuaChengXing personnel and service providers who support website hosting, email, enquiry management/CRM, IT security and business communications, to the extent needed for their work and subject to appropriate contractual safeguards. If you consent to optional marketing cookies and Meta Pixel is configured, Meta may receive information about your browser activity and related event data. Public authorities may receive information when required by law. We disclose enquiry information only as described in this notice or where required by applicable law.

5. International transfers

HuaChengXing is based in China, and information may be processed in China or in countries where our service providers operate. Where EU/UK data-protection transfer rules apply, transfers will be made only where permitted by applicable law and with an appropriate transfer mechanism and supplementary measures where required. You may contact us to request further information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

6. How long do we keep information?

We retain enquiry information for the period reasonably needed to respond to your request, manage a potential or existing business relationship, maintain necessary business records and handle any legal claims. We review the information periodically and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, unless applicable law requires a longer period. Technical security logs are retained only for operational and security needs.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to or correction of your personal data, request deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal. You may also complain to your relevant data protection supervisory authority. 8. Cookies and Meta Pixel

Essential browser storage may be used to remember your cookie choice and support core page functions. Optional marketing tracking stays off unless you accept it. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from submitting a business enquiry.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect enquiry information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for a product enquiry.
